Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils which are expressed from the petal, stem, needle, grass, leaf, root, seed, bark, resin or zest of the plant.

In this pure form, the oils are beneficial as a healing mechanism. Scientific research has documented that inhaling the oils delivers the most direct pathway to the brain and the bloodstream.
